I went out for my morning walk yesterday. I didn’t expect this.

One moment I was enjoying a quiet morning around Teterow, and the next, a jet came streaking across the sky.

Living here, we’re not too far from Rostock-Laage, home to the German Air Force’s Eurofighter Typhoons.

So naturally, my first thought was: Is that a Eurofighter?

For someone with an aerospace engineering background, moments like this are still strangely exciting. You can take the engineer out of aviation, but apparently you can’t take aviation out of the engineer. 😄

Just another ordinary morning in Germany.
I feel the need… the need for speed. 😎✈️
