1. What makes Abroad EduWorld different from other study abroad agencies?
Abroad EduWorld focuses specifically on Germany as a destination. Unlike general agencies, we specialize in programs that combine education, career opportunities, and cultural immersion — from university placements to apprenticeships, internships, and tours. Our local presence in Malaysia and strong partner network in Germany allow us to provide personalized, end-to-end support you can trust.
2. What types of programs can I join through AEW?
We offer a full range of pathways:
- EduStudy – Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Germany (English-medium)
- EduApprentice – Ausbildung (work-and-study training) in Germany

3. Do I need to know German to join AEW programs?
Not always. Some programs (like EduWork traineeships) only require English, while others (like EduApprentice) require German up to B1/B2 before departure. For university degrees under EduStudy, many programs are taught in English. AEW guides you on the exact requirements and provides language training support.
4. How does AEW support me with the application process?
We handle every step: career counseling, pre-checking documents, preparing CVs and motivation letters, submitting university or apprenticeship applications, arranging interviews, and providing visa guidance. Once you arrive in Germany, we also assist with city registration, SIM cards, accommodation, and residence permit applications.
5. What financial preparation do I need to make?
Germany offers tuition-free or low-cost education, but students must cover living expenses (blocked account ~EUR 11,208 for the first year). Apprenticeship students receive a monthly allowance of €950–€1,250, while other programs may vary. AEW provides a clear breakdown during consultation, so there are no surprises.
6. Can AEW help after I arrive in Germany?
Yes! We provide on-arrival support including airport pickup, accommodation guidance, and city registration assistance. In addition, AEW offers 6 months of post-arrival support to help students and professionals settle smoothly into life in Germany.
7. What are my career options after completing AEW programs?
AEW programs are designed with career progression in mind. EduStudy graduates can stay up to 18 months after graduation to find work. EduApprentice participants often secure permanent jobs in Germany or advance to higher qualifications. EduWork traineeship alumni gain valuable experience that boosts employability in Europe or back home. Many pathways also lead to permanent residence in Germany after a few years of work.
